A training centre celebrating passion for coffee, desire and promotion by Caffè Cagliari for the diffusion of an increasingly widespread and self-aware coffee culture, benefitting all professional figures linked to the world of coffee, and all coffee consumers. There are different levels courses, which are designed to meet the needs of bartenders, caterers and salesmen, as well as those of enthusiasts, journalists, and hospitality school students.
For professionals within the Ho.Re.Ca sector, the school provides a unique opportunity to acquire an in-depth level of expertise and knowledge, always up-to-date: the proposed training modules gives the opportunity to specialise in the art of coffee, coffee preparation, service and tasting, and the correct preparation and promotion of the product.
