The eighth edition of the Gran Premio Internazionale della Ristorazione 2022, a prestigious biennial event dedicated to the table culture and hospitality took place on November, 14th at the Grand Hotel Des Bains in Riccione, Italy.
Over 300 awards of merit and value has been bestowed to restaurants, chefs, sommeliers, wineries and operators in the F&B from all over Italy and abroad, selected by the jury led by food and wine critic Pier Antonio Bonvicini and other experts in the sector. Among the special awards, a Certificate of Value was awarded to Caffè Cagliari, the only roasting company to be awarded for the quality of its products.
