CAFFÈ CAGLIARI: TRADITION AND INNOVATION MEET AT HOST 2023

Caffè Cagliari is glad to announce their participation at Host, the trade show dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality, taking place in Milan Rho from 13th to 17th October 2023.

Caffè Cagliari HQ-High Quality project exclusively dedicated to the Ho.re.Ca. channel, which combines tradition and innovation to offer a new taste experience, will be presented to the public on this occasion. The project is characterized by the graphic restyling of the exclusive high pressure packaging of the Superoro and Espresso Bar blends, by a larger format, and by a series of service materials with a contemporary design conceived to promote the premises that choose Caffè Cagliari’s High Quality.

The presentation of HQ-High Quality Quality will take place at the booth of the Italian roasting company, in Hall 18 Booth E52 - F51, with a series of events linked to the tasting of the premium blends of Caffè Cagliari: from more traditional extraction systems such as espresso and moka led by Coffee Trainer Claudio Po, to more innovative ones such as Chemex and Cold Brew realized by Coffee Expert Giulia Barozzi. Attendees will be guided on an unprecedented sensory journey thanks to the live pastry combinations created by Luca Balboni Pastry Chef.

Leitmotif of the events is the meeting between tradition and innovation, a unique journey between historical roots and innovative proposals such as the deconstructed cappuccino made with milk foam and coffee caviar obtained through the spherification process, or the reinterpretation in a sweet key of the symbol of the cuisine from Modena, the Tortellino, paired with a cup of espresso.
