The courses are of different difficulty levels, and are designed to meet the needs of bartenders, caterers, and salesmen, as well as those of enthusiasts, journalists, and hospitality school students.
For professionals within the Ho.Re.Ca sector in particular, the school provides a unique opportunity to acquire an in-depth level of expertise and knowledge, always up-to-date: the proposed training modules specialise in the art of coffee, coffee preparation, service and tasting, and the correct preparation and promotion of the product.
The Caffè Cagliari School of Coffee is an IIAC Permanent Training Point (International Institute of Coffee Tasters), thus it is an authorised centre for the fine-tuning courses of the Italian Espresso National Institute necessary for the qualification to serve Certified Italian Espresso.
