Aroma night at Caffè Cagliari

Wednesday, May 15th, the historic Modenese company opens to the public from 6 pm to 10 pm



On the occasion of the 110th anniversary of its foundation, Caffè Cagliari S.p.A. opens its doors to its customers and to all those people who want to know about one of the Modenese excellence in the roasting industry.


The historic Modenese roasting plant will be open on Wednesday, May 15 from 6 pm to 10 pm with a series of initiatives, between tasting, exhibitions and guided tours. During the evening it will be possible to visit the historic roasting plant, where Caffè Cagliari has been produced since 1960 and where 7,000 kilos of coffee are roasted every day, which will end up into Italian bars and houses. The production entrance in Via Emilia Est, 1129 is allowed only with guided tours from 6 pm to 10 pm. During this time visitors will discover how coffee is processed from roasting to packaging. An exciting and engaging story that revolves around an historical reality made up of perfumes, sensations and aroma of coffee.


An evening of celebration that will continue with several tastings and with the presentation of the remake of “La tazzina canta”, the well-known advertising spot created at the end of the 70s, which still remains in the imagination and in the heart of Emilians.

The event is part of a series of initiatives that will take place throughout 2019 in order to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the company.
